Jimmy Timmins is the digital platform architect and creative visionary who co-founded CREContentPro to revolutionize content for the commercial real estate (CRE) market. His journey began in the high-stakes world of financial technology, where he spent years building complex, mission-critical trading platforms. This foundational experience honed a disciplined, systematic approach to architecting high-powered back-end systems that deliver information with speed and precision.
Recognizing his inherent creative talent, Jimmy applied this platform-building mindset to the digital marketing space. He established Xelure Create, a creative agency that provided clients with a full suite of services, from user-centric web design to graphic design and video editing. This expertise directly informed his next venture, TheToast.io, a business he created to transform raw, unstructured moments into polished, high-value video keepsakes. Through these ventures, Jimmy gained a deep understanding of how to use modern media—including graphics, animation, and video—to craft a compelling story and manage a brand’s digital presence.
This unique blend of technical and creative expertise makes him the perfect partner for Steven Llorens. Steven Llorens is an award-winning commercial real estate professional and entrepreneur with a passion for helping brokers grow their business through smart branding and digital marketing. Having worked directly in brokerage for over a decade, he knows the challenges CRE professionals face when it comes to staying visible, building credibility, and keeping up with the demands of client work. With CRE Content Pro, Steven’s mission is simple: take marketing off a broker’s plate and deliver consistent, high-quality done for you content that keeps them top-of-mind and positioned as market leaders.
Before co-founding CRE Content Pro, Steven launched Strutz, Inc. (LoveMyStrutz.com), a nationally recognized foot-care and wellness brand best known for its innovative arch support solutions. As founder, he gained hands-on experience in branding, consumer products, and large-scale marketing, taking Strutz from a single “As Seen on TV” idea to nationwide distribution in major retailers and online platforms —giving him firsthand insight into what it takes to create a trusted brand and connect with an audience at scale.
Today, Steven blends his background in real estate, entrepreneurship, and brand-building with Jimmy’s technical and creative skills to give commercial real estate professionals the tools they need to build and grow business in a competitive market.
